Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
- Shipping cost is 250 across Pakistan. For international orders all duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.
How long will delivery take?
- Delivery time across Pakistan is 3-5 working days. For international orders, the delivery time will be 7-10 working days. It may vary for different countries. Delivery may take longer for custom orders depending upon their design.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- You will receive a receipt through e-mail. Followed by a computer generated call or our representative will call if there is any problem. You are requested to pick up the call to confirm your order otherwise it will not be shipped. You are requested to provide a working phone number.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
- You will receive the receipt for your order through the provided e-mail address right after you place your order.
When will my order be delivered?

When will the order payment be taken from my bank account?
- It will be taken right away after check-out
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
- In case of any damaged or wrong product, we will exchange the product within 2-3 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes, the order can be changed or cancelled within 3 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 3 hours.
